The Meladies

Marquette University’s Premier All-Female A Cappella Group

Krystal joined The Meladies her sophomore year of college in the Fall of 2014. Immediately, she began to develop her skills as a vocal arranger, developing songs for the group such as I Choose You (Sara Bareilles), Halo (Beyoncé), How Will I Know (Whitney Houston), and many more. When the group saw a need for a vocal percussionist, she accepted the challenge and learned how to beatbox! During her senior year at Marquette, Krystal served as The Meladies’ Music Director and led the group to their second run competing in the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella (ICCA).
